  Headgate Tuition - $1,250

  Tuition cost does not include lodging. Participant lodging will be coordinated directly through IWUA, and will be invoiced to each organization with program tuition.

  Register for IWUA's Annual Convention! 

  Follow the form to register attendees to the 90th Annual Convention. 

  If you are seeking continuing education credits as an engineer or an attorney, select the "Continuing Education Credit" add-on ($100) in the form.  If you do not pay for credits, you will not be submitted for credits, even if you sign in during Convention.

  Registration Types

  1) Member Registration – $325.00

  Base registration fee for IWUA members. Continuing education credits, convention meals are available as Add-On’s for an additional fee.

  2) Non-Member Registration – $425.00

  Base registration fee for non - IWUA members. Continuing education credits, convention meals are available as Add-On’s for an additional fee.

  3) Government / Student Registration – $200.00 

  A special pricing code is available for government/student registrations. Students must provide a letter of recommendation from an advisor. Government registrations include elected and appointed officials and their staff, including IDWR, IWRB, BOR, etc. IWUA General Members are excluded from this pricing.

  4) Speaker Registration – $175.00

  Vendor display tables are given on a first come, first served basis, with priority to those who sponsor the Annual Convention. If you are unable to sponsor, contact our office, and you will be placed on a waiting list. 

  

  General Information

  Display tables will be located in the Convention Center Lobby and Fireplace Foyer.

  Vendor tables include badges for 1 person to be stationed at your vendor table. Additional staff may participate by registering for the Annual Convention as an attendee. Please contact our office if you want additional staff for your table. 

  Tables are 6 feet long and 2 chairs are provided. If your booth requires electricity, come prepared with extension cords / power strips as needed. Outlets are available, but they may not be located directly adjacent to your table.
  

  

  Set Up / Tear Down

  Booth set up is available Monday, January 18 at 12:00 p.m. through Tuesday, January 19 at 10:00 a.m. Parking spaces will be available for heavy equipment displays beginning Monday morning. 

  Some attendees will arrive Tuesday morning for committee meetings. The bulk of Convention attendees will be onsite by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday when the convention begins.

  Booths must be torn down by 3:00 p.m., Thursday, January 21. 

  

  One week before the Annual Convention, all vendors will be emailed a vendor layout map which will identify the location of your table and a convention agenda. We try very hard to accommodate all special requests, thank you for understanding if we are unable to meet your request.
